Hello!  Thank you for visiting! My name is Clare and I am the founder of The Next Step Forward. 

I started this business because I knew that there are times in people's  lives when they just need an extra pair of hands, an extra set of eyes or even a fresh perspective. I felt that I could make a difference by helping people navigate through challenging moves, clearing estates or just decluttering to make themselves feel better and ease their stress.

I left the corporate world after many years to start on this journey and have learned so much since the beginning; and I have enjoyed working with so many  wonderful people.  I am excited to continue to provide this great service and  also to add to my repertoire, the NanoSeptic self-cleaning products. 

We endeavour to keep items out of landfill by selling client's items or donating where possible; the NanoSeptic products use green technology to clean without harsh chemicals.  These are just a few of the ways that we, at The Next Step Forward are doing our part to help the environment.   

I am also happy to let you know that The Next Step Forward supports at-risk, homeless and trafficked youth at Covenant House Toronto by making monthly donations!

They worked consistently for each of the three days I required and were very helpful when I had to make tough decisions about what should go.
